Shipping Process  

After your order is processed, your USPS tracking number will be emailed to the email address listed on your order.

After receiving your tracking number please allow 24 hours to see tracking updates in the USPS system. Please be sure to track your package daily to ensure you receive your order promptly.

All packages are fully insured against lost/stolen items while "in transit" with the carrier. 

If you have questions regarding your shipment or tracking number after it has left our boutique please contact USPS 800-275-8777. Please have your tracking number ready and provide it to the customer service representative. (USPS 3-7 business days) - FREE for all orders 

(USPS 2-3 business days) $15 

(USPS Express 1-2 business days) $35 

(UPS) Based on destination. Pricing will display on the checkout page.

International orders can select carrier and shipping rates on the checkout page. We are not responsible for duties/taxes incurred on shipments.
